Hamish M. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of finance and management. Hamish started their career as a Trainee Accountant at Deloitte, where they worked as an Audit Supervisor for several years. Hamish then moved on to Mazars as an Audit Supervisor, primarily working with leasing company USB Humberclyde. After that, Hamish joined WPP Group plc as a Financial Accountant.

Hamish's career took a significant turn when they joined Next Fifteen Communications Group plc as a Group Accountant, quickly rising to the position of Associate Finance Director. Hamish also served as the Interim Group Finance Director during a transitional period. Their responsibilities included financial reporting, budgeting, and managing the global finance team for the Text 100 Group, Bite Communications, Joe Public Relations, and Evus.

Hamish then transitioned to Bite, A Global Marketing Services Agency, where they worked as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Group Finance & Operations Director. Hamish was responsible for finance, operations, and IT globally, including business planning, acquisitions, and implementing incentive schemes.

Following their time at Bite, Hamish held the role of VP Finance at Liquid Agency before becoming the CFO at YML.
