Tom Chapman

Tom Chapman has worked in various roles in the real estate management industry. Tom began their career in 1996 as a Leasing Manager at Charles E. Smith. Tom then worked as a Property Manager at Gables Residential and as a Management Specialist at Trammell Crow Residential. From 2006 to 2011, they held Regional Manager positions at Riverstone Residential Group, Cap City, and Greystar. In 2011, they became a Regional Manager at Bonaventure Realty Group, and in 2013, they joined Pennrose as a Regional Property Manager. In 2016, they started working at YMP Real Estate Management, LLC as the Vice President of Residential Operations.

Tom Chapman received their BS degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 1992 to 1994.
