Matthias Franz

Matthias Franz has a diverse work experience in the tech industry, with a focus on customer success, project management, and software development. Matthias joined YND in 2015 as a Software Developer and later took on the role of Project Manager in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success starting from January 2021. In 2018, Matthias joined CleanAI as the COO, where they worked until June 2019. Prior to that, they were a Software Developer at Upnext Ltd. from August 2012 to November 2014.

Matthias Franz studied Applied Computer Science at Heidelberg University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Stuttgart from 2008 to 2010, majoring in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Matthias has also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
