Joanna Lee is currently the Vice President of Strategic Programs & Legal at The Linux Foundation. Prior to that, Joanna was a Partner at Gesmer Updegrove LLP and held various roles at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, Epiq Systems, Lane Powell PC, and Stoel Rives LLP. Joanna has a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in Economics and Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Joanna's expertise lies in business law, intellectual property, corporate securities, finance, and venture financing.
