Asmaa Muhammed

Asmaa Muhammed is a experienced professional currently working as a Customer Experience Team Leader at Yodawy. Asmaa manages a team of pharmacists responsible for enrolling and retaining chronic patients in the Chronic Care Program. Asmaa is also responsible for writing scripts tailored to the insured audience and effectively responding to their concerns. Prior to their current role, Asmaa worked as a Hospital Pharmacist at National Hepatology & Tropical Medicine Research Institute, where Asmaa reviewed drug orders and monitored therapeutic doses.
