Carrie Varela

Carrie Varela is a dedicated Teacher and Healer with extensive experience in yoga instruction and holistic practices. Since November 2011, Carrie has operated Carrie Varela Healing Arts while teaching yoga at Kindness Yoga, Yoga Pod, and The Freyja Project since 2014. Additionally, Carrie serves as a Board Member for Mental Health America of Colorado and has worked as a Reiki Master Teacher and Healer since 2010. Prior to this career, Carrie gained valuable skills as an Account Executive at Travelers Indemnity Company from 2004 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
