Joe Vanderstelt, CPA, CGMA, CMA has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the accounting and finance fields. In 1992, they began their career as a Distributor Principal at Vanderplow Distributing Company. In 1999, they became an Entrepreneur and Board Member at Dawn to Dusk Outdoor Sports. In 2001, they joined MillerCoors as a Senior Director Finance & Strategy, Senior Director Marketing Finance, Director Marketing Finance, General Manager, Manager Corporate Strategy, Plant Controller, and Regional Controller. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Craft Brew Alliance, a 7th largest Craft Brewer in the U.S. with brands sold in 30 countries. In 2018, they were appointed SVP & Chief Financial Officer at Ocean Spray Cranberries, a $1.6B market leader in shelf stable juices and dried fruit with a unique private cooperative structure of 700 farmers and growers worldwide. In 2020, they were appointed President at Modern Bridge CFO. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed Global CFO at Yogi.

Joe Vanderstelt has a diverse educational background. Joe has an Executive Education Program from The Wharton School, a BA in Business Management & Marketing from Baker College, and numerous accounting and finance related courses taken after their degree. Joe also holds a Nonprofit Board Leadership Certification from the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy, Data Visualization Certificate and Robotic Process Automation Fundamentals Certificate from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from AICPA, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants, and Certified Public Accountant from both the State of Michigan and the State of Colorado.
