Tim Dawson

Tim Dawson has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Tim started their career in 2003 as a Territory Manager at UniFirst Corporation, where they excelled in business development and securing large accounts. In 2004, they joined Integrity Recruiting, specializing in Construction and Engineering placements. Tim then worked at Robert Half International as a Recruiting Manager, focusing on accounting and finance placements. Tim later joined Reach Recruits as a Senior Recruiter, managing a team of recruiters and handling candidate flow and business development. In 2010, they worked as a Contract Technical Recruiter at Nelson Technology, where they successfully placed professionals in major companies. In 2011, they held the position of Head of Recruiting Operations at ERG, Inc., contributing to the firm's growth before its acquisition by Yoh. Currently, they serve as the Lead Technical Recruiter and Principal Technical Recruiter at Yoh, overseeing recruitment efforts and managing a team of technical recruiters.
