Chelsey Tung

Chelsey Tung has a wealth of work experience. Chelsey began their career in 2006 as a Sales Associate at Coach before moving up to Assistant Manager, Associate Manager, Store Manager, and Sr. Manager of Retail Training and Development. In 2016, they joined b8ta as the General Manager before becoming the Customer Experience Development Manager and then Director of Customer Experience. In 2021, they joined Nordstrom as a Program Manager of CRM and Yohana as a Member Operations Training and Quality Leader.

Chelsey Tung attended the University of Washington from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BA in Drama.
