Michael Butterfield

Michael Butterfield has over 20 years of experience in the logistics and operations industry. Michael began their career in 1999 as a Logistics Coordinator/Analyst at APL. In 2003, they were promoted to Program Manager and Operations Manager at DHL. In 2008, they moved to GSO as Corporate Operations Manager. In 2009, they were promoted to Manager of Customer Operations at Grand Junction, a VC-backed startup. In 2011, they were promoted to Sr. Manager of Customer Success at Infor. In 2019, they became Director, Head of Market Operations at Puls, a VC-backed startup. In 2020, they joined Nana Academy as Sr. Director of Partnerships & Customer Success. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Head of Business Operations at Yohana, a membership program designed to help families create space in their lives.

Michael Butterfield graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the College of Humanities and Sciences.
