Piyush Sharma

Piyush Sharma has had a varied work experience, beginning with an Internship Trainee position at General Dynamics and Bharat Electronics Limited in 2011. In 2013, they were a Technical Consultant at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. Piyush then served as a Teaching Faculty at Paramount Coaching Raipur in 2014. From 2019 to 2020, they were an Intern Human Resources Department at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, and DDI | Development Dimensions International. In 2021, they were an Assistant Manager at UNO MINDA Group. Currently, they are a Human Resources Business Partner at Yojak, where they are driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities, designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience, smoothening the onboarding experience of the candidate by implementing two-way communication & proper induction program, preparing tax-saving compensation structures for employees, and devising the PMS process by setting up the OKR process in the organization.
