Guomin Ha

Guomin Ha has over 25 years of work experience in the field of engineering and sales support. Guomin started their career as an Instrument Engineer at Sinopec Jinan Company in 1995, where they were responsible for the maintenance and set up of various instruments and analyzers. Guomin then worked as a Service & Technical Support Engineer at Advanced CAE, Inc, where they developed and implemented preventive maintenance programs for analytical systems and was involved in on-site commissioning works. In 2004, Guomin joined CNOOC & Shell as a Maintenance Engineer of Quality Measuring Instrument (QMI), where they planned and implemented preventive maintenance programs and trained technicians in QMI-related knowledge. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at Yokogawa Engineering Asia Pte Ltd and Yokogawa in various roles, including Service Engineer, Executive Engineer, and Project Manager of Analyzer. In their roles, they were responsible for project management, sales and marketing, design development, and organizing and scheduling factory acceptance testing. Finally, in 2018, Guomin joined Yokogawa as the Head of Sales Support.

Guomin HA holds an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Instrument from Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, which was completed from 1991 to 1995. They also obtained a National Technical Certificate Grade Three in Electronics from Institute of Technical Education Singapore in the year 2001. Additionally, Guomin HA earned a National Technical Certificate Grade Two in Instrumentation from the same institute in Singapore in the year 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Beijing Jiaotong University, completed between 2005 to 2007. Moreover, Guomin HA has undertaken studies in Automation (PLC) at Siemens Center Beijing starting from 1997.
