Richard Westerfield has extensive work experience in various industries. Richard started their career in 1978 at Westinghouse Power, where they were involved in materials management and responsible for inventory planning and scheduling manufacturing. Richard then moved on to Yokogawa in 1985, holding the position of Vice President for Measurement and Control. During their time there, they played a significant role in the manufacturing facility in Georgia, overseeing product manufacturing, modification, customization, and calibration. In 1995, they became the Plant Manager at Komatsu Forklift U.S.A., Inc., where they were responsible for building and setting up a new facility, as well as managing hiring and training.
