Shigeki Osada

Shigeki Osada is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Regional HR Management at Yokogawa since October 2021, Osada focuses on HR transformation and global contact within the HR department at the Head Office. Previously, from December 2008 to September 2021, Osada held various leadership roles at Sanofi K.K., including Head of SBS HR Service Japan, Head of HR & Labor Management, and Head of R&D HR, overseeing HR operations, labor management, and serving as a business partner for the R&D division. Osada's career also includes a significant tenure at Siemens K.K., where the role of Senior Manager for JSS Human Resources was held until November 2008.
