Sachin Padwal

Sachin Padwal is currently the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Yokohama-ATG, leading the business partnering for non-operational functions of ATC Tires and Yokohama India. Previously, Sachin has worked at Schneider Electric and Tata Communications in various HR roles, including HR integration for acquisitions and Global Data And Mobility Services Division. Sachin's career in Human Resources spans over two decades, with a background in payroll processing, recruitment, training, and talent acquisition. Sachin holds a B.Com. degree in Accountancy from the University of Mumbai and a PGDPM in HR from the National Institute of Personnel Management.
