Michael Rodriguez

Michael Rodriguez, CPA, CISA, currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Yokohama Tire Corporation, responsible for overseeing audit work for nine subsidiaries and developing a risk-based Internal Audit plan. Previously, at Kubota Tractor Corporation, Michael managed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing, identifying control deficiencies and developing remediation plans. As an Accounting Manager at Union Bank, Michael reviewed lease contracts to ensure proper lease classification. At Farmers Insurance, recognition as an Emerging Leader highlighted Michael's ability to develop comprehensive audit plans. Earlier roles include establishing the Internal Audit Department at InterDent Service Corporation, conducting SOX audits at Macy's, and assessing internal controls at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
