Indika Mudalige

Indika Mudalige is a seasoned professional in manufacturing management with extensive experience in tyre production and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Department Manager for Solid Tyre at Yokohama TWS since September 2023, Indika has demonstrated expertise in Solid Tyre Technology, Quality Management, and Lean Manufacturing. Previous roles include Production Manager for both Pneumatic & Solid tyre manufacturing at Michelin, where significant production cost reductions and efficiency improvements were achieved, and Production Manager, followed by Quality Assurance Manager at Camso, where Indika implemented layout optimizations and quality control measures resulting in substantial enhancements in production flow and quality metrics.
