Marco Manetti

Marco Manetti serves as the Global Director Talent Acquisition and HR Director for APAC at Yokohama TWS since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Global Talent Acquisition department and overseeing HR functions for approximately 160 employees across various business functions. Prior to this, Marco held multiple positions at Costa Crociere S.p.A. from January 2007 to August 2021, including HR Talent Acquisition & Development Director and Global HR Business Partner, managing talent acquisition and development for a workforce of over 1,600 employees in 16 countries. Earlier experience includes HR roles at IP - Gruppo api and Wind Tre, focusing on recruitment and training. Marco holds a Master in General Management from ESCP Business School and two degrees in Work and Organizational Psychology and Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
