Rachel Revilla

Rachel Revilla, PHR, is an experienced human resources leader with a career spanning over 18 years in various roles. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director for Yokohama TWS since June 2017, Rachel provides strategic leadership and partners with executives to facilitate human resources programs that drive organizational growth. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Human Resources Director at Trelleborg Wheel Systems and served as a Senior HR Generalist at Orchard Brands, which focuses on the needs of consumers over fifty-five. Additional experience includes working as an HR Generalist at Appleseed's and an HR Intern at HCPro, Inc. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from Gordon College.
