Vladislava Kozakova

Vladislava (Vladka) Kozakova serves as the Vice President of Global HR & Sustainability at Yokohama TWS, where collaboration with the leadership team focuses on business and people strategy execution since October 2017. Prior experience includes a tenure at Celestica from 2001 to 2017, where roles ranged from Senior Director of Human Resources Global Operations—supporting a wide network of manufacturing sites across multiple continents—to HR Director Europe, overseeing HR functions for various countries and leading initiatives in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Earlier, Vladka held positions at Bass - Prague Breweries as HR Manager and PepsiCo as Training and Development Manager for the Czech and Slovak regions. Vladka is an alumna of London Business School.
