Claudio Berther is a seasoned legal and data protection professional with extensive experience in privacy law and compliance, currently serving as the Legal and Data Protection Officer at Yokoy since July 2021. At Yokoy, Claudio has been pivotal in establishing and maintaining a privacy framework during significant company growth. Previously, Claudio worked as a Legal and Data Privacy Officer at FAIRTIQ, where advisory roles included navigating international data transfer issues post-Schrems II decision. Earlier roles include serving as Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer at ecocoach, where foundational legal and compliance mechanisms were developed.
