Kris Schamroth

Kris Schamroth is the current Head of Learning and Development at Yokoy. Kris has previoulsy worked as a Learning & Quality Manager at Booking.com and as a Learning & Development Manager at EDF Energy. At Booking.com, they were responsible for implementing the EMEA Onboarding strategy, owning the Talent Development Strategy for a site of 700 employees, and being responsible for the Leadership development program. At EDF Energy, they defined and implemented Training and Quality strategy to develop all employees; both new and existing and at all levels of the business. Kris also oversaw recruitment activity to ensure that we induct only the best new people.

Kris Schamroth's educational career includes a degree in English literature from Exeter College and certification in data analytics and neuro linguistic programming from the University of Amsterdam and Jessica Robbins respectively.

Kris Schamroth reports to Philippe Sahli, Co-Founder & CEO. Some of their coworkers include Stephan R. Hebenstreit - Managing Director, AT, Marko Djeric - Head of QA, and Richard Waldner - Global Head of Partners & Alliances.
