Tom Hale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal operations and central services. Currently serving as the Director of Central Services at Yolo Group since September 2022, Tom Hale leads critical functions including Real Estate, Legal, Enterprise Solutions & Procurement, Data & Insights, Security, and Travel, focusing on strategic direction and continuous improvement. Previously, Tom Hale held multiple roles at Wise Ltd. from October 2016 to June 2022, including Head of Legal Operations and Global Customer Disputes Lead, while ensuring compliance with Data Protection Regulations. Tom Hale holds a Master's degree in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from the University of Bristol and a degree in Modern History and Politics from the University of Liverpool.
