Aarti Tanna

Aarti Tanna has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Aarti is currently working as a People Operations Manager at YOOBIC since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Rawr as a People Manager from January 2019 to August 2021. At Rawr, they were responsible for creating an HR Department, standardizing processes, and providing HR and ER guidance to support company growth. Before joining Rawr, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Shavata Brow Studio from May 2016 to January 2019. Aarti also gained experience as an HR Assistant (Temporary) at Michael Page in May 2016. Aarti's career in HR started as a Human Resources Lead at Indus Services Limited from October 2014 to April 2016.

Aarti Tanna completed their education at several institutions. Aarti pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology with a Placement at Aston University from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they completed their A Levels in Sociology, Psychology, and English Literature at Drayton Manor Sixth Form between 2008 and 2010. Aarti Tanna's high school education was completed at Drayton Manor High School from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained GCSEs with 10 A*-B grades, including English Literature & Language, Maths, and Science.

In addition to their formal education, Aarti Tanna has obtained several certifications. Aarti completed the "Data Analytics for People Professionals" certification from CIPD in February 2023. Aarti Tanna became a "Mental Health First Aider" through the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Instructor Members in August 2022. In April 2015, they obtained the "Inbound Marketing Certification" with a pass grade of 81% from HubSpot.
