Customer Support Team Lead - US at YOOBIC

Stefania La Licata has a diverse range of work experience. From December 2020 to January 2022, they worked as a Support Specialist at YOOBIC, where they assisted end-users, resolved tickets, and reported bugs to the Product and QA teams. Following that, from February 2022 to the present, they served as a Support Team Leader at YOOBIC, leading a team, conducting weekly 1-1 meetings, and providing onboarding and training for new team members. Currently, they are also working as a Client Enablement Manager at YOOBIC, starting in August 2022. Stefania La Licata has a diverse education history. From 2011 to 2014, they attended the Universite de Lorraine and obtained a Bachelor's degree in LLCE English, focusing on Culture & Tourism. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to study abroad through the Erasmus program at the University of Stirling, where they pursued English Cultural Studies for one year. Following this, Stefania continued their studies at the Universite de Lorraine, earning a Master's degree in Mondes Anglophones - Culture and Tourism from 2014 to 2016.
