Charles Hoatson has worked in various roles since 2018. Charles began as a Contributing Writer for King Kong Magazine in 2018, then in 2019 they worked as a Contributing Writer for Borshch Magazine and as a Fraud Consultant and Customer Service Representative for Klarna. In 2021, they became an Account Manager for Rightangled and currently works as a Customer Service Specialist for Yordex.

Charles Hoatson completed their GCSE's in 2007 at Beechen Cliff School. Charles then went on to study Business Administration and Management, General at Bath College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA. Charles concluded their educational career in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
