Rizwan is the Head of North America Equity and Co-Portfolio Manager of the York Sub-Advised ’40 Act Strategy.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2019, Rizwan was a Partner at Corvex Capital Management focused on special situation, activist and fundamentally-oriented equity investments. He also worked as an Associate at Perry Capital, covering special situations and distressed credit, as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and as a Law Clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Rizwan holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and a JD from Yale Law School.
