Halima Safi

Halima Safi, MIR, CHRL, currently serves as the Manager of Compensation, Total Rewards, and HRIS at York Region District School Board since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) from February 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included Human Resources Business Partner, Change Management Lead, HR Business Advisor, and Compensation Consultant. Halima's earlier career involved positions such as Compensation Professional at the City of Brampton and Compensation & Benefits Analyst at The Home Depot Canada.
