Benny Ng

Benny Ng is a Senior Public Health Inspector at York Region (The Regional Municipality of York) since October 2008, with extensive expertise in areas including Food Safety, Rabies, Zoonotic Diseases, Safe Water, Infection Prevention, Environmental Health, Health Connection, and COVID-19 institutional outbreak and case investigations. Prior to this role, Benny Ng gained experience as a Student Public Health Inspector at the Regional Municipality of Niagara and Hastings and Prince Edward Public Health. Benny Ng holds a Master of Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health from Ryerson University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo. An Ontario Secondary School Diploma was obtained from York Mills Collegiate.
