Carlton Braithwaite

Carlton Braithwaite, MSc, PMP, currently serves as the Program Manager for Business Intelligence and Solutions at York Region (The Regional Municipality of York) since October 2016. Previously, Carlton held the position of Systems Analyst at Petrojam Limited from May 2011 to October 2016, focusing on business application development and IT project management. Prior experience includes working as a Programmer/Analyst at Caribbean Airlines Ltd. from November 2007 to April 2011 and serving as a Standards Officer at the Bureau of Standards, Jamaica from 2001 to 2005. Carlton holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, both from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
