Colin Simic MCIP RPP is a seasoned planner with extensive experience in housing and development, currently serving as a Housing & Development Planner and Program Manager, Affordable Housing Development for York Region since February 2020. Prior roles include Environmental & Community Planner at Dillon Consulting Limited, Policy Analyst & Town Planner for the Town of Wolfville, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Dalhousie University.
