Francesca C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Francesca began their career in 2000 as an Administrative Manager at Sensation Music and Entertainment. In 2003, they worked as a Reception/Promotions Assistant at The Evanov Radio Group. Francesca then joined Bell Mobility in 2004, where they served as a Performance Excellence - Contact Insight Administrative Assistant until 2011. Francesca subsequently worked at Skyline International as an Executive Assistant/HR Coordinator from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they served as the Central Reservations Director at Skyline Boutique Hotels and Resorts from 2012 to 2014. Since 2014, Francesca has been employed at York Region, initially working as a Customer Information Representative and progressively moving up to roles such as Senior Customer Service Representative, Customer Relations Coordinator, Supervisor (Acting), and Supervisor, Customer Service, Transportation Operations, Public Works. Francesca is currently working as the CX/CRM Program Lead (Secondment), Public Works, responsible for providing business support, project leadership, and technology support to the Strategic Initiatives and Programs branch, with a focus on implementing a citizen-centric customer service approach that aligns with the organizational structure and vision.

Francesca C. earned a Diploma in Radio Broadcasting from Humber College, which they attended from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their college education, they obtained several certifications including a Client Service Specialist certification from CSPN - Customer Service Professionals Network in October 2016, and a First Aid/CPR certification in December 2014.
