Lualhati Marcelino

Lualhati Marcelino is a seasoned professional in policy analysis and program management, currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst for York Region since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading the newcomer inclusion plan and collaborating with stakeholders on integration solutions. Previous experience encompasses roles as Program Lead and Senior Policy Analyst for Halton Region, and International Program Coordinator for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
