Fiona Jin

Fiona Jin is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse background in project leadership and business analysis, currently serving as Project Leader and previously as Business Analyst at York Regional Police since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Change Management Manager and Business Analyst at ICES from May 2014 to January 2019, and as Senior Analyst in Technology Services at Cancer Care Ontario from November 2009 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, Fiona held positions as Sr. QA Analyst at Texas Instruments and as Software Engineer at Nokia Bell Labs. Fiona Jin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Harbin Institute of Technology.
