Tom Benolkin

Tom Benolkin is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in system administration and engineering. Currently serving as an Information Technology System Engineer at York Solutions, LLC since March 2023, Tom has previously held positions including Information Technology System Administrator at eNGINE, where support was provided for Giant Eagle, and System Administrator at SGS, managing over 3,000 macOS devices using JAMF software. Tom’s expertise includes automating technical processes, resolving IT issues, and creating training materials and standard operating procedures. Additionally, experience as an Apple Systems Administrator at Totino-Grace High School demonstrated a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for users. Tom holds a degree in Computer Science from Hennepin Technical College and has also studied multimedia design.
