Dr. Silvia Szilagyiova

Dr. Silvia Szilagyiova serves as the Course Leader for the Business Management & Economics Suite and as a Lecturer in Economics at York St John University since September 2014, focusing on Economics, Finance, International Trade, and Globalization. Prior experience includes a role as a Doctorate Researcher and part-time lecturer at the University of Huddersfield from September 2010 to July 2014, specializing in Monetary and Financial Frameworks and Markets and Government. Dr. Szilagyiova holds a PhD in Monetary Policy from the University of Huddersfield and has an extensive educational background, including an MSc in Accounting Financial Services, a BA in Business with Financial Services, and degrees from the Technical University of Košice in Finance, Banking, and Investment.
