Jeff Burt

Jeff Burt serves as the President and COO of Caruso, Inc. since September 2021 and also holds the position of President at Lorenzo Food Group, Inc. and York Street Market. In this role, Jeff is driving the rapid growth of York Street Market’s fresh food programs across the Midwest, catering to sectors such as hospitals and schools. Prior to these roles, Jeff served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising Grocery, Fresh Foods and Beverage at Target, overseeing a $17 billion food and beverage operation. Jeff also held executive management positions with Fred Meyer, where recognition as a change agent was achieved, and Kroger, where significant improvements in sales and market performance were realized across various divisions. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
