EVP, Global Customer Experience at York Telecom Corporation

Charlie Booth leads Yorktel’s Global Customer Experience (CX) and Sales Operations organizations, spanning responsibilities from pre-sales to post installation. Charlie leads a team of services professionals supporting their global customers in the US, Canada, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions. It includes program management, managed services, support services, customer success, and renewal teams who, alongside ecosystem partners, deliver business solutions throughout a customer lifecycle by accelerating time-to-value and return on technology investment. Previously, Charlie led Yorktel’s Public Sector Sales for two years.

Before joining Yorktel, Charlie led the public sector business for Samsung’s Harman Professional subsidiary, led global sales and marketing at two cybersecurity companies, developed international business on Cisco Systems’ Global Public Sector Board and as a co-founder of the Global Government Solutions Group. He served a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy’s submarine force culminating in his service as the Chief Technology Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Navy’s Pentagon headquarters command.

Charlie served on the US Secret Service Electronics Crimes Task Force, the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, the Federal Electronic Commerce Coalition, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Technical Committee, and on the Advisory Board of Blue Spider Analytics.

Charlie earned a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy, an M.S. in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School Graduate School of Business and Public Policy, and an Entrepreneurship Development Program certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management.
