Rebecca Lloyd holds an MSc in Business Information Technology from Northumbria University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. (Hons) in International Business Studies and Spanish from the same university, attending from 1998 to 2002. Rebecca also completed their A levels in Biology, Business Studies, French, and General Studies at Cheadle Hulme School. Rebecca has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including ITIL v4 Managing Professional, ITIL v3 Intermediate Certifications, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and others.
