Rebecca Lloyd

Rebecca Lloyd has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rebecca is currently working at Yorktel as a Service Account Manager & EMEA Cyber Lead since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Yorktel as a Service Delivery Manager from January 2013 to October 2022. Before joining Yorktel, they worked at BAE Systems as an IT Service Manager from July 2010 to January 2013, and as an IT Project Manager from March 2009 to June 2010. Rebecca also gained experience at Northumberland County Council as an LGR Programme Officer (ICT) from May 2008 to March 2009, at Northern Rock as an IT Project Leader from February 2007 to May 2008, at Home Group as an IS Operations Co-ordinator from August 2006 to February 2007, at Care Quality Commission as an ICT Infrastructure Implementation Officer from January 2003 to August 2006, at National Care Standards Commission as an ICT/Business Systems Department Administrator from August 2002 to January 2003, and at Beniplast/Benitex, SA as a Marketing and Sales of Exports Assistant from January 2001 to June 2001.

Rebecca Lloyd holds an MSc in Business Information Technology from Northumbria University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. (Hons) in International Business Studies and Spanish from the same university, attending from 1998 to 2002. Rebecca also completed their A levels in Biology, Business Studies, French, and General Studies at Cheadle Hulme School. Rebecca has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including ITIL v4 Managing Professional, ITIL v3 Intermediate Certifications, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and others.
