Stuart Griffiths is an experienced leader in cancer research and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Research, Services and Policy at Yorkshire Cancer Research since February 2018, following a role as Director of Research and Services. Previous experience includes positions as Head of Strategy and Initiatives at the National Cancer Research Institute and Assistant Director of Research and Strategy at Breast Cancer Now, where contributions involved developing organizational and research strategies. Stuart has held various roles at Breast Cancer Campaign, including Head of Research Innovation and Acting Director of Research, achieving significant milestones in breast cancer research strategy and funding. Additionally, Stuart completed the Clore Social Fellowship, fostering leadership skills aimed at addressing 21st-century health challenges. Educational background includes a PhD in Biochemistry from UCL and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol.
