Michael Nicholson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career at Royal Bank of Scotland Business in 2006, where they held the role of Senior Customer Service Advisor. In this position, they handled escalated complaint calls, processed complex customer claim forms, and provided excellent customer service. Michael also played a role in improving performance by running new starter academies.

In 2011, Michael transitioned to npower, where they worked as a Sales Executive for a period of ten years. Here, they managed customer portfolios, resolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction, and conducted outbound calls to chase new leads and follow up on quotes.

Currently, Michael is employed at Yorkshire Gas and Power, where they serve as an Account Manager. In this role, their responsibilities include managing a portfolio of brokers and third-party intermediaries, maintaining relationships, providing partners with energy prices, and arranging gas & electricity contracts to achieve sales targets.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and achieving sales targets.

Michael Nicholson attended West Leeds High from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a GCSE in Maths and a GCSE in English Language and Literature, General. After that, they attended Park Lane College from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a GNVQ degree in Leisure and Tourism. Finally, they attended West Leeds High again from 2000 to 2001 and earned a GNVQ degree in Business Studies.
