Catherine Mustafa

Catherine Mustafa has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 1986, they worked as a Training Coordinator at Radcliffe & District Training Association until 1989 when they took a break as a stay-at-home mom. After this, they joined Irwell Valley Housing Association in 1992, initially as a Housing Assistant (PT) and later as a Housing Officer until 1997. In 1998, they joined Irwell Valley Homes, where they held various positions including Legal Services Officer, Legal Services Manager, Deputy Managing Director, and finally, Managing Director of Repairs until 2018. Catherine then moved on to be the Head of Repairs & Maintenance at Progress Housing Group from 2019 until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Repairs and Investment at Yorkshire Housing starting from 2023.

Catherine Mustafa attended Seedfield High from 1979 to 1984. Catherine then attended Bury College (Hope Park) from 1984 to 1986, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics. Additionally, Catherine obtained a degree in Management & Leadership from Macclesfield College, specifically from the Institute of Leadership and Management (formerly NEBS).
