Joy Little

Joy Little is an experienced professional in public engagement and heritage management with a current role as Inspiring People Manager at Yorkshire Wildlife Trust since December 2021, where leadership of the Visitor Engagement Team and development of public engagement programs are key responsibilities. Previous positions include Heritage Site Manager at English Heritage, overseeing operations and visitor experiences, and Management Development Apprentice, achieving a distinction to enhance managerial skills. Joy's earlier roles also include Team Leader at Harewood House Trust and an internship at Borthwick Institute of Archives. Joy holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Heritage Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Historical Archaeology from the University of York.
