Joe Horn

Joe Horn has over 13 years of experience in operations and logistics management. Joe began their career in 2008 as an Operations Manager for the Dedicated Division at Western Express. During their time there, they initiated an account with a Fortune 100 company and grew it from 13 trucks to 30 trucks with weekly revenue increasing from $35,000 to $80,000. In 2011, they moved to Science Magazine as a Fulfillment Coordinator for their Site Licensing division. In 2012, they joined Monumental Vending as an Equipment Manager and developed a process to improve the wireless communication reliability of over 3,500 vending machines. In 2014, they returned to Western Express as the Director of Lease Purchase, where they stimulated 20% growth in annual revenue per truck and directed 2 team leaders and 9 fleet managers to oversee 400+ lease contractors. In 2021, they joined Booster Fuels as an Operations Manager and in 2022 they began working at Yoshi as a Sr. Field Operations Manager.
