Batel Hadad has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operation & Facility Manager at Yotpo since January 2022. Previously, Batel held multiple roles at REGUS - IWG plc, including Operations Team Lead, where management of eighteen business centers and forty employees was key. Responsibilities encompassed customer satisfaction, P&L management, supplier negotiations, and new processes implementation. Batel also served as Operations Manager, focusing on profitability and exceptional customer service, and as Customer Service Representative, managing client interactions and operational support. Earlier experience includes roles in sales and customer retention. Batel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management from The Open University of Israel.
