Hila Irom

Hila Irom has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Hila started their career as a Placement & Recruitment Advisor at Hever Hon Enoshi, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting employees. Hila also marketed HR services to potential clients and maintained relationships with existing ones. Hila then moved on to Elbit Systems Ltd, where they held the role of Organizational Development Specialist and later became an HR Business Partner. In these roles, they planned and implemented HR strategies, provided personal consulting to high-level management, supported employee development, and conducted recruitment processes. Hila also served as the internal communications focal point within the division. Afterward, Hila joined Sizmek (formerly MediaMind) as an HR Manager before ultimately joining Yotpo. At Yotpo, they have held multiple HR roles including HR Business Partner, Human Resources Director, and currently holds the position of Global Human Resources Director.

Hila Irom has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources & Communication from the University of Haifa, earned from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Sociology - Organizational Development Internship from the same university, from 2008 to 2010.
