Leah Firestone

Leah Firestone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and strategic program management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Program Manager at Yotpo since November 2021, Leah has previously held various roles in client success, including positions at Living Security, where responsibilities included managing onboardings for over 50 corporate accounts and advocating for client needs that led to the implementation of new product features. Prior to that, Leah's background includes roles as an Account Executive at Headline Media, where strategic communication and media consulting were emphasized, and as a Graduate Student at the University of Chicago, culminating in a Master’s degree in Social Sciences. With a strong foundation in research and leadership from positions held at Tel Aviv University and the Moshe Dayan Center, along with early military experience as a Naval Coastal Radar Operator, Leah demonstrates a diverse skill set and a commitment to professional excellence.
