Shani Brill Adaddi

Shani Brill Adaddi is an experienced professional in people experience and executive operations, currently serving as the People Experience & Executive Operation Manager and Executive Assistant at Yotpo since November 2019. Prior to this role, Shani held the position of Executive Assistant at Finastra from November 2016 to December 2018, actively participating in management strategic meetings and contributing to the analysis of quarterly and yearly work plans. With a background in business operations at Oracle from 2014 to 2016, Shani guided sales teams to enhance business efficiency and compliance. Earlier experience includes HR Specialist & Administration at PicScout and Personal Assistant to a Technology Division salesman at Oracle.
