Brooklyn Tate

Brooklyn Tate has worked in a variety of roles in the customer service and hospitality industries. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Associate for Yotta and a CX Specialist for Chronomics, where they responded to customer inquiries thoughtfully and efficiently via tickets and live chat using Hubspot CRM and solved problems on the fly using analytical thinking and information resource management. From 2013-2022, Brooklyn worked as an Operations Manager, Resort Coordinator, Dive Guide, and Master Scuba Diver Trainer for Utila Dive Centre, a PADI 5 Star Career Development Center. During this period, they trained and mentored budding dive professionals, implemented onboarding training and continued guidance for a team of approximately 25 members, and managed shop logistics including all scheduling, maintenance, event organization, daily internal communications, and reservations for a fleet of 5 boats and up to 100 guests. In 2012, Brooklyn worked as a Server for L'Étoile Restaurant, a fine dining establishment. During this time, they improved and created systems in which to most accurately and efficiently provide customers with an exemplary and elegant experience, exhibited detail-oriented customer care through insight and extensive knowledge of preparation techniques, ingredients, and wine, and organized and planned event logistics.

Brooklyn Tate holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Electronic Media from The George Washington University and a Certificate in Expedition Documentary and Avid Editing from Maine Media.
