Michelle Chalmers (she/her)

Michelle Chalmers has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer support, management, and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Support Product Liaison at YNAB since November 2021, Michelle previously held roles as a Support Specialist and was On-Air Talent for The Lunchbox TV at Ethnic Channels Group from December 2018 to March 2022. As the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Store Manager at Saje Natural Wellness from October 2017 to November 2021, Michelle represented Canadian Store Managers on the DEI Taskforce and managed a temporary location. Prior experience includes working as an Organizational Risk Specialist and Store Manager at EB Games Canada, a Visual Merchandiser at PANDORA A/S, and serving as Writer and Director for the McMaster University Honours Performance Series. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre and Film from McMaster University.
